Hook Station

When it's cold, all you want is something that is binary, on or off.
And when you touch the on button, you want the heater to kick in and
if it gets too hot, you want to be able to turn it off.

Beautiful in it's simplicity.

This really exists and works exactly as it should in the waiting room
at Hook Station.

Wonderful!

Mobile Masts

These masts are everywhere. They just don't work in tunnels or around
long bends between high earthbanks.

Sweetie

Tie a sweetie wrapper round the station fence for me does not quite
sound like yellow ribbon now does it?

Went to Groucho Grill in Pickadilly today. Had the best steak ever!

Meeting

I was in a meeting today where there was a stuffed man in a box
wearing a red coat and William Pitt below outside the meeting room.

Slowly getting cooler and darker. I will soon have to go to work with
a bit more cover on... says the polar bear in his current summer suit.
